2 tbsp  dijon mustard
0 1/2 tsp  minced garlic
0 1/2 tsp  dried rosemary
0 1/2 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
2 tbsp  honey
2 lb  pork tenderloin
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F, and in a small bowl combine the mustard, garlic, rosemary, thyme, pepper, and honey.
  2. Coat the tenderloins with the mixture.
  3. Place the tenderloins on a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray or on a rack in a shallow roasting pan, and baste during cooking. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion registers 160 degree F.
  4. Slice the tenderloins, and serve.
