8 oz  lowfat plain yogurt
0 1/4 cup  fat free mayonnaise
3 tbsp  capers
2 tbsp  dijon mustard
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
  1. In a blender, process all of the ingredients, except the oil, until smooth.
  2. Blend in the oil.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, or up to 8 hours.
