1 each  yellow onion
8 oz  fresh mushroom slices
1 lb  extra lean ground beef (5% fat)
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 cup  red wine
2 tsp  ground cumin
2 tsp  ground coriander
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 1/2 oz  seedless raisins
6 each  Tortilla, flour
  1. Cook the onions and mushrooms in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until the onions are nearly transparent, stirring frequently and keeping the skillet covered.
  2. Add the meat, garlic, wine, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, ginger, pepper, salt, and raisins (optional). Crumble the ground beef as you brown.
  3. Heat the tortillas according to the package instructions.
  4. Divide the beef mixture into 6 equal-sized portions. Wrap in tortilla shells and serve.
