0.6667 cup  Rice, white, short grain, dry
6 oz  Rice, wild & brown mix, dry
3 cup  cold water
8 each  sirloin pork chop
1 pinch  salt and pepper
10 3/4 oz  cream of celery soup, 98% fat free
0.6667 cup  fat free milk
0.3333 cup  fresh chopped green onion
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl mix the rice, the wild rice with its seasoning packet, and the hot water.
  3. Place the rice mixture in a 13x 9x2-inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray, and lay the pork chops on top. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover, and bake for 1 hour.
  5. In a small bowl, combine together the cream of celery soup, milk, and green onion. Uncover the casserole and pour the soup mixture over the pork chops.
  6. Return the casserole, uncovered, to the oven, and bake for 15 minutes longer, or until thoroughly heated, and serve.
