1 1/2 cup  white all purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp  low sodium baking powder
15 oz  Pumpkin, canned, unsalted
0.3333 cup  vegetable oil
2 each  raw large eggs
1 1/2 tsp  pumpkin pie spice
1 cup  Zsweet® all natural sweetener
0 1/4 cup  brown sugar
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 cup  chopped walnuts
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put paper muffin cups in a 12 muffin pan.
  2. Whisk together flour and baking powder in a small bowl.
  3. Mix together pumpkin, oil, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, Zsweet, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually mix in flour mixture.
  4. Divide batter among muffin cups and sprinkle with walnuts.
  5. Bake until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Cool in a pan on a rack for 5 minutes and then remove them from the pan and cool on a rack.
