2 tsp  olive oil
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 cup  nonfat cottage cheese
2 oz  Cheese, blue, crumbles
2 cup  fat free milk
2 cup  cooked pasta
0 1/4 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil and saute the garlic for 1 minute.
  2. Lower the heat, stir in the cottage cheese, and bring to a serving temperature. Then, stir in the bleu cheese to combine.
  3. Toss with the pasta and divide into four equal servings.
  4. If desired, top each serving with a tablespoon of the parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper.
