8 each  taco shells
1 1/2 cup  cooked chicken breast, diced
0 1/2 cup  no-salt tomato sauce
0 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
0.125 oz  crushed red pepper
2 each  medium garlic cloves
8 piece  fresh romaine leaves
1 each  medium tomatoes
0 1/2 cup  sour cream, nonfat
1 tbsp  fresh chopped green onion
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place taco shells on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  3. In a medium saucepan combine chicken, tomato sauce, cumin, red pepper, and garlic; cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring often.
  4. Place 1 lettuce leaf in each shell. Place 1/4 cup chicken mixture in each shell.
  5. Top chicken mixture evenly with tomato and sour cream, sprinkle with green onions.
