1.3333 cup  Beans, pinto, mature, cooked
2 tbsp  ketchup
0 1/4 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/4 tsp  dry mustard
1 tsp  cider vinegar
4 tbsp  red onion, sliced
1 tbsp  maple syrup
1 tsp  brown sugar
0 1/4 lb  Pork, roast, top loin, roasted
0.125 cup  apple cider
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the beans, dijon mustard, dry mustard, vinegar, maple syrup, and brown sugar in a casserole dish treated with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Layer the meat over the bean mixture, and then pour the apple juice (or cider) over the pork.
  4. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the mixture is well heated and bubbling. Stir well before serving.
