1 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
0 1/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
1 pinch  salt
2 piece  Bread, whole wheat, 100%, Carb Counting
1 each  Boston lettuce leaves
2 piece  fresh tomato slices
1 tsp  dijon mustard
0.3333 cup  cold water
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Spray preheated saucepan just to coat and place chicken breast inside.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt, and water.
  3. Cover pan and let cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Remove cover and grill chicken 5 minutes until golden. Toast bread if desired. Assemble sandwich with remaining ingredients.
