1 tbsp  margarine
2 each  potatoes, fresh, medium
1 cup  Corn, niblets, frozen
2 cup  lowfat milk
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. In large saucepan, heat margarine over medium heat. Add potatoes. Cook until potatoes are tender.
  2. Add corn, milk, salt and pepper. Heat until hot but do not boil.
