1 each  cooking spray
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 lb  extra lean ground beef (5% fat)
1/2 tsp  minced garlic
0 1/2 each  large red bell peppers
0 1/4 cup  low sodium soy sauce
8 oz  Mushrooms, brown, fresh
0 1/4 cup  fresh basil
0 1/2 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
2 tbsp  unsalted cashews
  1. Coat 10" skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high. Add onions and cook for 3 minutes until translucent.
  2. Add beef and garlic to skillet, cook until meat is browned, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Drain.
  3. Remove seeds and chop bell pepper.
  4. Add bell peppers and soy sauce to skillet. Sauté 5 minutes until tender.
  5. Rinse and chop basil leaves. Rinse mushrooms, place in colander to drain.
  6. Add mushrooms and basil. Sauté 5-7 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and top with cashews. Serve.
