0 1/2 cup  sesame seeds
0 1/4 tsp  sea salt
  1. Toast sesame seeds in a non-stick skillet over low heat until golden, shake pan or stir mixutre frequently for even toasting.
  2. Powl into a bowl, add sea salt, mix well, and let cool.
  3. Once cool, grind mixture using mortar and pestle or food processor. Season to taste, and store in an airtight container.
