0 3/4 pint  fresh sliced strawberries
2 each  medium nectarines
0 1/2 pint  Blueberries, fresh
1 each  large bananas
0 1/2 cup  orange juice
8 oz  plain nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp  Coconut, dried, unsweetened
  1. Mix together the strawberries, nectarines or peaches, and blueberries or grapes and divide between tall sundae glasses.
  2. To make the fruit smoothie, roughly chop the banana, then place in a food processor or blender with the orange juice and yogurt and work until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie over the fruit in the bowls and sprinkle each with toasted dried coconut.
