1 each  Papaya, fresh
1 each  fresh mango
1 each  fresh pineapple
4 each  medium kiwi, peeled
1 each  cantaloupe
Ingredients for Cream

3 cup  passion fruit
0.6667 cup  Cream, light
1 tbsp  grated orange peel
2 tbsp  confectioners sugar
2 tbsp  Juice, orange, fresh
5 tbsp  Yogurt, plain, nonfat
  1. For the passion-fruit cream, cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp into a bowl.
  2. Whip the cream, orange zest, and confectioners' sugar into soft peaks and then gradually whisk in the orange juice, yogurt, and passion-fruit pulp so that the mixture remains softly whipped.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a small serving bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator.
  4. Cut the fruits into bite-size pieces. Place on a tray and cover. Put in refrigerator until just before you are ready to serve.
  5. Arrange the chilled prepared fruits attractively on a large ice-filled serving platter around the bowl of passion fruit cream.
