1 tsp  honey
1/4 tsp  sugar
1 tsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  rice vinegar
1/4 tsp  minced garlic
1 tbsp  olive oil
4 cup  salad greens
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped green onion
2 oz  Chow Mein Noodles, cooked
  1. In food processor bowl, fitted with steel blade, add honey, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and oil. Pulse until well blended.
  2. Trim bottom and top 1" of green onion, and discard. Chop green onion and place in salad bowl.
  3. Add greens to salad bowl and toss. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss again.
  4. Top with crunchy chow mein noodles. Serve.
