1 each  unflavored gelatin
0 1/4 cup  cold water
2 each  Eggs, hard boiled, medium
4 each  large hard-boiled eggs
8 oz  Dip, French onion
0.3333 cup  light mayonnaise
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0.125 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
0 1/2 tsp  hot pepper sauce
4 oz  Caviar, black/red, granular
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Stir the gelatin into 1/4 cup water, then place in a pan of hot water, stirring until it is dissolved.
  2. Gently combine in the chopped eggs and egg whites, French onion dip, mayonnaise, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and hot pepper sauce.
  3. Strain the caviar in a strainer until the water runs clear, and drain well, and add to the gelatin mixture, pour into a 1 quart mold coated with nonstick cooking spray, and refrigerate two hours or until congealed.
