0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
1 tbsp  chopped scallions
1 tbsp  minced garlic
0 1/4 cup  fresh bean sprouts
1 each  large whole wheat pitas
6 oz  ground turkey
1 tsp  low sodium soy sauce
  1. Mix together ground turkey, scallions, ginger, and garlic. Form into a patty and bake at 370 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cooked through.
  2. Place into pita pocket and top with soy sauce and bean sprouts.
