1 cup  All-Bran cereal
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
3 each  egg whites
1 cup  tomato sauce
1 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp  dry mustard
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0.0625 tsp  black pepper
1 1/4 lb  extra lean ground beef (5% fat)
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix together all ingredients except the beef, at low speed in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the beef and blend at low speed.
  4. Shape into a loaf and place in a pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for about 1 1/4 hours.
  6. Pour off any fat drippings, let stand for 10 minutes, and cut into 8 slices.
