Zingy Tea Granita

0.6667 cup  sugar
4 each  Tea, green, lemon ginseng, bags
3 cup  cold water
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
  1. Place sugar and tea bags in a heatproof bowl. Pour in boiling water and stir until sugar has dissolved.
  2. Let steep until cooled to room temperature, about 1 hour.
  3. Remove the tea bags, squeezing out liquid.
  4. Stir in lemon juice.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour or overnight.
  6. Pour the tea mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
  7. Serve immediately or transfer to a storage container and let harden in the freezer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve in chilled dishes.
