5 cup  low fat unsalted chicken broth
2 each  medium carrots
2 each  medium celery stalk
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 1/2 cup  cooked chicken breast, diced
1 1/2 cup  Biscuit, dry mix, FS
0 1/2 cup  whole milk
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine broth, carrots, celery, and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Stir in chicken.
  2. Combine biscuit mix and milk in a medium bowl. Stir until mixed.
  3. Spoon dough in 12 mounds on top of hot broth mixture. Cook, covered for 10 minutes more or until a toothpick inserted into dumplings comes out clean.
