16 oz  flounder fillet
1 tsp  lime peel zest
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0 1/4 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
0 1/2 tsp  dried dill weed
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Place fish in shallow dish. Set aside.
  2. In medium bowl, combine lime zest, lime juice, red pepper, and dill weed. Brush over fish.
  3. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat grill to 400°F.
  5. Lightly coat grilling basket with cooking spray.
  6. Arrange fish in basket and place on grill rack. Cook, uncovered, 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
