A classic Italian sauce of meat, eggs and cheese that is quick and easy to prepare.

16 oz  Dreamfields Spaghetti 1.0
1 tbsp  olive oil 1.0
1 each  medium garlic cloves 8.0
8 piece  raw bacon slices 3.0
3 each  eggs 0.25
0 1/4 cup  grated Parmesan cheese 0.25
0 1/4 cup  grated romano cheese 2.0
2 tbsp  chopped parsley 0.25
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. In a 2-quart Dutch oven or sauce pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook garlic and bacon for 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp, drain off fat.
3. Mix together eggs, Parmesan and Romano cheeses, parsley and pepper. Set aside.
4. Drain spaghetti; immediately return to saucepan over low heat. Add egg mixture; quickly toss with spaghetti. Add bacon mixture; toss. Sprinkle with additional cheese and black pepper.
