Spray a 9x13-inch pan with non-fat cooking spray and set aside.
Put 1 cup of the cereal in a zip-lock bag. Make sure the bag is securely closed, squeezing all the air out as you close. Crush the cereal. Set aside.
In a large pan over low heat, melt margarine with marshmallows. Stir occasionally.
Stir all of the cereal (crushed and not crushed) into marshmallow mixture.
Spray hands with non-fat cooking spray. Press cereal mixture into prepared pan.
Cool and cut into bars.
