0 1/4 cup  Salad Dressing, coleslaw
8 each  green lettuce leaf
0 1/4 cup  mayonnaise
2 tsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
1 lb  frozen green peas
0 1/2 cup  shredded cheddar cheese
2 oz  bacon bits
  1. Place frozen peas in colander. Rinse with cold water 2-3 minutes. Let stand to drain until completely thawed, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. In medium bowl whisk salad dressing, mayonnaise, and sweetener together.
  3. Stir in peas, cheese, and bacon bits.
  4. Wash 8 lettuce leaves. Pat dry.
  5. Place one lettuce leaf on each salad plate. Scoop 1/8 of pea salad onto each lettuce leaf. Serve.
