Jicama and Fruit Salad

2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 each  Jicama, fresh, small
2 lb  Watermelon, fresh, FDA
0 1/2 each  fresh pineapple
1 each  Papaya, fresh
Creamy Lime Dipping Sauce

6 oz  Yogurt, vanilla, nonfat
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0 1/2 each  whole jalapeno pepper
  1. Jicama and Fruit Salad
  2. In a large bowl combine lime juice and jicama, then toss, and drain.
  3. Arrange jicama, watermelon, pineapple and papaya on a large platter, and serve with the Creamy Lime Dipping Sauce.

  5. In a small bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
