Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix the margarine, brown sugar, and pretzels and press into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes then let cool.
  3. Meanwhile, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 2 cups boiling water, stirring until dissolve, and add the strawberry slices.
  4. Let it cool in the refrigerator until the gelatin begins to set.
  5. In a small bowl beat the cream cheese with the sugar.
  6. Prepare the whipped topping according to the package directions, substituting skim milk, and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spread over the cooled crust, and pour the semi-firm gelatin mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, or until congealed.
