Ingredients Directions
  1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, place over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Cut green pepper into 4 rings, reserve remaining pepper for another use.
  3. Add green pepper rings, mushrooms and onion to skillet; cook 3 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Spread cut side of English muffin half with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce. Arrange mushroom mixture over pizza sauce; sprinkle evenly with cheese.
  5. Place on baking sheet and broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
