A delicious and festive cranberry salad

16 oz  fresh cranberries 1.0
1 each  medium oranges 0.5
0 1/2 cup  chopped pecans 1.0
1 cup  Pineapple, crushed, canned, with juice, drained 3.0
3 oz  sugar free raspberry flavored gelatin (dry mix) 1.0
1 cup  cold water

1. Mix the cranberries, orange, and pecans in a food processor, and combine until chopped finely. And then, add the crushed pineapple, and dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water, stirring until dissolved.
2. Mix with the cranberry mixture - mixing well.
3. Pour into a 5 cup mold. Keep refrigerated until firm.
