1 tsp  vegetable oil
0 1/2 cup  sliced white onion
1 1/2 cup  fresh mushroom slices
1 1/2 cup  Peas, green, sweet, frozen
2 tbsp  cold water
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 tsp  ground tarragon
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium.
  2. Add onion, cook 3 minutes until translucent, stirring often.
  3. Add mushrooms, cook 4 minutes until tender, stirring often.
  4. Stir in peas and remaining ingredients; cover and cook 4 minutes until peas are tender.
  5. Serve immediately.
