1 each  cooking spray
8 oz  sugar snap peas
2 each  fresh green onions
1 each  large garlic cloves
0 1/2 oz  fresh mint
0.125 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 oz  fresh mint
  1. Lightly coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat.
  2. Add peas, green onions, and garlic; cook 3 minutes or until peas are slightly tender, stirring often.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in mint, salt, and pepper.
  4. Garnish with mint sprigs (optional) and serve.
