6 cup  napa cabbage
2 cup  Sprouts, alfalfa, fresh
0 3/4 cup  sliced jicama
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
1 each  small red bell peppers
1 each  red hot chile peppers
2 each  fresh green onions
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
0 1/2 tsp  salt
2 each  medium garlic cloves
  1. In large bowl, combine cabbage, alfalfa, jicama, cilantro, bell peppers, chili peppers, and green onions.
  2. In small bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, SPLENDA®, salt, and garlic. Add to vegetables, and toss well.
  3. Cover and chill 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
