1 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 each  cooking spray
0 1/4 cup  sliced water chestnuts
0 1/2 cup  fresh bean sprouts
1 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
0 1/4 cup  hoisin sauce
1 tbsp  chili sauce
16 each  wonton wrappers
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat for 5 minutes. Grill the chicken breast on cooking spray coated grill rack for 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked. Cool and chop into very small pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili sauce. Mix well.
  3. Coat the grill again with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. Lay 1 won ton square on a flat surface. Place 1 heaping tablespoon of the chicken and vegetable mixture on one-half of the square.
  4. Dab a bit of water on the edges of the noodle over the top, forming a triangle and sealing the edges with your fingertips. Repeat with the remaining won ton noodle squares.
  5. Place 4 won ton on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes, or until browned and crisp. Repeat with remaining won ton.
  6. Serve with additional soy sauce.
