2 1/2 oz  apricot nectar juice drink, canned
0.3333 cup  Vinegar, red wine
0.3333 cup  canola oil
2 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
2 tbsp  sugar
0 1/2 cup  chopped walnuts
12 cup  salad greens
3 each  medium pears
0 1/2 cup  Cranberries, dried
0 3/4 cup  Cheese, blue, crumbled
  1. For dressing, whisk together the first six ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  2. In a heavy skillet, melt sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add walnuts, stir to coat. Remove from heat.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine greens, pears, and cranberries. Drizzle with dressing. Add nuts and blue cheese; toss.
