Chicken with a mouth watering glaze made with a hint of maple syrup.

1 each  small onions 15.0
15 floz  tomato sauce 1.0
1 tbsp  Mustard, prepared, original English, Colman's 2.0
2 tbsp  cider vinegar 0.25
0 1/4 cup  maple syrup 1.0
1 tsp  Worcestershire sauce 6.0
6 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts 1.0
1 each  cooking spray

1. In a medium saucepan, combine the onion, tomato sauce, mustard, vinegar, maple syrup and Worcestershire sauce. Heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
2. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
3. Place the breasts in the grill and spoon 1 tablespoon of the sauce over each piece.
4. Grill for 2 minutes, add a spoonful of sauce and grill for 4 to 5 minutes more.
5. Pass the remaining sauce with the chicken.
