12 each  large raw shrimp
0 1/2 lb  halibut fillets
1 each  medium red bell peppers
0 1/2 each  red onion
2 tbsp  margarine
1 tsp  black pepper
1 tsp  seasoned salt
1 each  cooking spray
  1. If using wooden skewers, soak in water 30 minutes.
  2. Divide shrimp, halibut, red peppers, and onions into 4 servings.
  3. Alternately, thread shrimp, halibut, red pepper, and onion onto skewers.
  4. In small bowl, combine margarine, pepper, and seasoned salt.
  5. Lightly coat grill with cooking spray and preheat to medium heat 5 minutes.
  6. Place kabobs on grill and brush with seasoned butter.
  7. Grill kabobs 4 to 7 minutes, or until fish flakes easily and vegetables are tender.
