Spicy flavoring with peppers and onions that tastes great on steak.

1 lb  Beef, bottom round outside steak, raw, 0" trim 1.0
1 tsp  salt 0.5
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper 0.25
0 1/4 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper) 1.0
1 each  chopped green bell peppers 1.0
1 each  medium red bell peppers 1.0
1 each  medium onions 1.0
1 each  cooking spray

1. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. Remove any visible fat from the steak and cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
2. Place the steak slices on the grill and sprinkle with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Grill for 2 minutes.
3. Add the green and red pepper and the onion slices. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender crisp.
