Ingredients Directions
  1. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and preheat over medium to high heat. Add the garlic, and then stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  2. Mix in the green beans, tomatoes with juice, and olive oil. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Move skillet cover enough to allow some steam to escape, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
