1 1/2 lb  fresh green beans
0 3/4 cup  cold water
3 oz  Pork, ham, whole, lean, roasted, diced
1 tsp  dry mustard
0.125 tsp  black pepper
Directions
  1. Mix together all of the ingredients in a 2 1/2-quart pot, and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat to medium-low, and let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until beans turn bright green.
  3. Cover the pot and let simmer for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until beans are tender.
