1 tbsp  sesame seeds
2 tsp  caraway seeds
2 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
6 each  scallions
3 each  Brussels Sprouts, fresh
0 1/2 cup  low sodium chicken broth
2 cup  snow peas
1 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 tsp  Seasoning, garlic herb
Directions
  1. In a large skillet, combine the sesame seeds and caraway seeds over a medium heat. Toast the seeds, shaking the pan often, for 2 minutes or until fragrant. Remove to a bowl.
  2. Heat the oil in the same skillet over medium high heat. Add the scallions and stir fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the Brussels sprouts and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the broth, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the snow peas and cook, stirring often, for 2 minutes, or until snow peas are crisp tender.
  6. Stir in the seeds, pepper, and herb seasoning and cook for 1 minute.
