6 cup  Lettuce, romaine, fresh, shredded
2 tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp  black pepper
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp  red wine vinegar
0 1/2 tsp  dry mustard
0 1/2 tsp  garlic powder
0.3333 cup  plain yogurt, whole milk
1 cup  plain croutons
  1. In large bowl, combine lettuce, cheese, and pepper.
  2. In separate bowl, whisk lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, dry mustard, and garlic powder; blend well.
  3. Add yogurt, stir well. Drizzle dressing onto lettuce. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Add croutons, if desired.
