1 cup  white wine
0 1/4 cup  Preserves, raspberry, fruit sweetened
0 1/2 oz  green peppercorns
4 each  salmon fillet
  1. In a small bowl, mix the wine, preserves, and green peppercorns.
  2. Pour over the salmon fillets and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  4. Bake the fillets for 20 minutes, or until done as desired. Serve immediately.
