Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 415 degrees F.
  2. Brown the meat, green pepper, and onion in a large skillet sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray.
  3. Mix in the tomato sauce, kidney beans, and taco seasoning before lowering the heat to let simmer, stirring occasionally.
  4. Meanwhile, press the dough in the bottom of an ungreased 10-by-15-inch baking sheet, enough to cover the bottom of the pan, and to make sure all perforations are sealed.
  5. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, and then spread hot meat mixture over the crust and continue baking for 10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over the top and continue baking for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes before cutting into 8 servings.
