Ingredients Directions
  1. Stir the nuoc mam with the sugar, toss in the beef and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large pot, bring the stock to a boil, reduce the heat, and add the water spinach. Stir in lemon juice and season with pepper.
  3. Place the meat strips in each bowl and ladle the hot broth over the top (the meat will cook in the hot broth).
  4. Garnish each serving with sliced chiles, and serve.
