Ingredients Directions
  1. In a large pan, pour the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add salt and pepper to taste, then drop in pasta. Stir well to separate pasta and bring back to boil.
  2. Lower the heat to a simmer and cook according to directions on packet until pasta is al dente. Stir occasionally.
  3. Swirl in the wine and parsley, (optional) taste, adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Ladle into four warmed soup plates and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
