Place the peach half, cut-side down on a plate to form the body of your Rah-Rah. Place the hard boiled egg half, and cut side down on top of the peach half to form the head. Make two tiny holes in the egg for the eyes, and push in 2 raisins.
Place the 1/4 cherry piece under the raisins for the mouth. Place the lettuce leaf on the bottom of the peach, tucking the leaf under a little, for the skirt.
Place a carrot stick on each side of the peach for arms, and place two celery sticks below the lettuce leaf for legs. Place the shredded cheese around the top and sides of the egg for the hair, and place 2 more raisins on the peach for the buttons.
