2 lb  fresh green beans
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped red onion
2 cup  fresh cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
2 tsp  dijon mustard
2 tsp  sugar
2 tbsp  olive oil
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Steam or cook the green beans in a little water in the microwave or on the stove until crisp-tender. Drain.
  2. Add the red onion and tomato.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, mustard, sugar, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and toss with the green bean mixture.
  4. Serve, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
