8 oz  salmon fillet
1 tsp  grated orange peel
1 tbsp  orange juice
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  fresh chopped green onion
1 each  medium oranges
  1. Thaw fish, if frozen. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Coat broiler pan with cooking spray.
  3. In small bowl, stir together orange peel, orange juice, pepper, and garlic.
  4. Preheat broiler. Place fish on prepared broiler pan.
  5. Brush with half of the orange juice mixture. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Using wide spatula, carefully turn fish. Brush with the remaining orange juice mixture.
  7. Broil for 3 to 7 minutes more or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
  8. Cut fish into 2 portions. Sprinkle with green onion and garnish with orange slices.
