Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix together the undrained fruit cocktail and coconut extract in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Separate the biscuits and cut each one into 4 pieces. Then mix the biscuit pieces into the fruit cocktail mixture.
  4. Spread the mixture into an 8 by 12 inch baking dish sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray.
  5. Mix together the Sugar substitute, cinnamon, pecans, and coconut in a mixing bowl, and sprinkle the mixture over the top.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes, cut into 6 pieces, and serve!
