Ingredients Directions
  1. Thaw whipped topping according to package directions.
  2. In food processor, fitted with steel blade, add cream cheese, dry pudding mix, 1 tsp dry gelatin mix, and Mountain Dew. Blend until creamy.
  3. Add thawed whipped topping and coconut extract. Blend for 30 seconds.
  4. Lift bowl from food processor base and remove steel blade. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread mixture into pie crust.
  5. Spread filling into pre-made pie crust.
  6. Break graham crackers into crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs and coconut on top of pie. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
