Chocolate pudding flavored with mint in a flaky pie crust.

2 each  fat & sugar free instant chocolate pudding 1.3333
1.3333 cup  nonfat dry milk powder 2.5
2 1/2 cup  cold water 0.5
0 1/2 tsp  mint extract 1.0
1 cup  frozen low fat whipped topping 1.0
1 each  ready to use shortbread pie crust

1. Mix together the dry pudding mixes and dry milk powder.
2. Then, using a wire whisk, mix in the water and mint extract.
3. Blend in 1/2 a cup whipped topping and spread the mixture into the piecrust.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before cutting into 8 servings and topping each with 1 tablespoon whipped topping.
